1. Print-on-Demand Production

All merchandise is printed on demand through third-party fulfillment partners. Production times may vary based on order volume, product type, and shipping destination.

2. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all order details — including size, quantity, shipping address, and payment information — are entered correctly at checkout. Orders cannot be modified once production begins.

3. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control. Some items may ship separately.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices, products, and availability are subject to change without notice. Pitman Customs reserves the right to discontinue any item at any time.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because items are printed on demand, Pitman Customs does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and branding on this site are the property of Pitman Customs and may not be reproduced, resold, or used without written permission.

7. Fraud Prevention

Pitman Customs reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pitman Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
