Shipping Policy (Online Merchandise)

Processing Time
All Pitman Customs merchandise is printed on demand. Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 5–10 business days within the United States

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and the print provider’s shipping fees.

Multiple Shipments
Because merchandise is fulfilled by third‑party print partners, items in your order may arrive separately.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Incorrect Address
Pitman Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately—orders cannot be changed once production begins.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will work with the print provider to resolve the issue.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
