Return & Refund Policy (online merchandise)
At Pitman Customs, all merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
However, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a defect, printing issue, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work directly with our print provider to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because products are printed on demand, the following cannot be returned:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Normal wear and tear
Please double-check your shipping information and size selections before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started. Most orders begin production within 12 hours of being placed.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with filing a claim or arranging a replacement when eligible.
